Palau Pacific Resort Swimming Pool
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Palau Pacific Resort Swimming Pool Renovation and Mockup Room project upgrades the existing 5-Star resort hotel swimming pool facilities and allows for review of two sample guestrooms prior to major guestroom renovations.
The swimming pool is completely rebuilt from a conventional pool to a “Tension Edge” pool. The renovated pool required a new underground concrete surge tank. The pool finish is changed from conventional marble plaster to Italian Glass Mosaic Tile. A new in-ground 8 seat Jacuzzi with an interior finish of Italian Glass Mosaic Tile is added adjacent to the swimming pool. The pool deck is upgraded from a conventional concrete deck finish to bush hammered granite stone. The existing pool bar is completely renovated. The existing pool hut which serves to house all of the pool equipment was expanded and renovated. The renovated guestrooms serve as a mockup for an upcoming major renovation project and includes all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
