The biggest call center fit-out project in the Philippines with an estimated construction floor area of 14,000 m2. Successfully completed in 3-1/2 months, a fast track job with notable scope of work as follows:

  • 22 metric tons of structural steel for the server room. Strategic materials handling using the available small window openings utilizing mobile crane and fabricated shaft and trollies.
  • 39,000 pieces of CHB for wall partitions
  • 13,239 m2 of Acoustic Ceiling
  • 14,552 m2 of Paint finish on walls and ceiling
  • 8,800 m2 of Gypsum Walls
