USN AAFB COMMANDO WARRIOR OPEN BAY STUDENT BARRACKS – FY11 MCAF PROJECT SAKW123001

Prime Sub-contractor responsible for managing design and constructing a 13,498SF gross area open bay student barracks building, 2,200SY asphalt parking lot, landscaping, hardscaping and related site improvements located at Northwest Field, Andersen AFB. Building was constructed of tilt-up concrete walls with metal joists, metal deck and concrete topping roof with building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) system.
